Job Description

• In charge of the operation of the Technical Department, responsible for the operation and performance of the department before the Board of Directors of the Company.
• Deploying tasks for the department they are in charge of according to the Company's production and business plan.
• Responsible for monitoring, operating, maintaining and ensuring the effectiveness of the quality management system within the Company.
• Lead the investigation, analysis and find out the cause to find a way to thoroughly fix the product defects if any.
• Checking the reporting of employees and compiling reports for the Board of Directors on product quality on a daily basis.
• Planning training and implementing periodical training activities on quality system for employees and production and business departments of the factory.
• Regularly update the evaluation criteria of quality standards and production standards of products issued by relevant functional agencies and quality assessment organizations in the world.
• Plan and periodically train the quality system for KCS staff and the factory's production department.
• Establish criteria and standards for product monitoring and inspection
