- Job details:
- Manage and oversee all company operations in Vietnam.
- Working directly with the parent company, factories, and suppliers in China to implement business plans, procure goods, and develop products.
- Develop a revenue growth strategy on e-commerce platforms in Vietnam.
- Manage the operations, logistics, human resources, marketing, customer service, and engineering departments.
- Monitor and control the company's revenue, expenses, profits, and operational efficiency.
- Managing import processes, logistics, warehousing, and the supply chain.
- Search for, work with, and maintain relationships with Chinese factories/suppliers to optimize costs and sourcing.
- Develop operational processes, KPIs, and optimize team performance.
- Analyze the market, propose product strategies, and develop business expansion plans in Vietnam.
- Coordinate the handling of issues related to electronic products, warranties, and technical support as needed.
- Regularly report on business and operational performance to the parent company.
- Job requirements:
- Proficient in all four skills of Chinese language, able to work directly with suppliers and parent companies in China.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
- Understanding the operation of e-commerce platforms and business management processes.
- Possesses basic knowledge of import/export, warehouse management, logistics, human resources, and finance.
- Understand the supply chain, factory sources, and work with factories/suppliers in China.
- Knowledge of water purifiers, electronic devices, warranty procedures, and technical repair is an advantage.
- Capable of developing business plans, managing teams, controlling revenue and expenses, and optimizing operational performance.
- Strategic thinking, high sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle pressure well.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked for a Chinese company or have experience in developing e-commerce markets in Vietnam.
- Benefits received:
- Salary: 30,000,000 VND/month, paid in full and on time as per company regulations.
