1. Mission
+ Develop plans, strategies, organize implementation and evaluate the results of implementing plans, business plans, investment plans and decisions related to the Company's daily operations.
+ Appoint, hire, recruit, dismiss, remove, terminate labor contracts for staff and issue and implement internal management regulations of the Company.
+ Represent and represent the board of directors to negotiate, sign contracts, and carry out transactions on behalf of the Company.
+ Create, present, report and be responsible to the board of directors with quarterly and annual reports on business target implementation results and financial reports. And develop, propose and recommend plans for using profits or handling business loopholes.
+ Develop a plan to restructure and reorganize the Company in accordance with the situation and practical requirements.
