iPower Partner is looking for Director of Non-Life Insurance Company, affiliated with QV Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company and Associates in Hanoi. Salary starting from VND 50,000,000 month.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and direct operations of Non-Life Insurance Brokerage Company to achieve assigned targets.
- Orientation and human resource development for the Company.
- Responsible for training, supervising and urging employees to complete assigned targets.
- Develop & implement business plans for the Company.
- Search and develop new markets and potential customers.
- Support & guide employees in handling issues related to professionalism and skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University or higher, priority majors: Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce, Finance,...;
- Have an insurance certificate or insurance broker certificate issued by licensed domestic training facilities;
- 5 years of experience in equivalent position or jobs related to business management;
- Communication, analysis, evaluation, team building, logical thinking, ability to work under high pressure;
- English communication.
