- Responsible for operating and managing production activities of the Factory, including but not limited to:
+ Set the factory's annual quality and BSC goals based on the company's overall goals.
+ Plan, organize, implement, control and perfect the factory's pharmaceutical production activities, aiming to achieve output and quality targets according to the Company's goals.
+ Review production plans and deploy implementation departments/departments.
+ Supervise and direct departments to analyze production line activities, prevent and overcome unusual incidents. Review and approve proposals and plans to improve the factory's production activities.
+ Responsible for reporting production status to the Board of Directors and proposing plans to improve and enhance production capacity.
+ Manage, arrange, assign, train, and evaluate personnel, ensuring appropriate human resources in factory operation according to committed standards.
+ Review and approve the implementation of technical documents to ensure the factory's operations comply with legal regulations and quality standards such as: GMP WHO (GMP, GSP, GLP)
+ Manage asset management activities, cost control (operations, personnel...) in accordance with company regulations
+ Manage GSP activities of the warehouse at the factory: export - import - warehouse inventory according to regulations
+ Responsible for planning and implementing research, registration documents, and production of new products
+ Check and supervise the implementation of regulations on labor safety, health and environmental hygiene, fire safety in the Factory
- Some other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors;
