Job Description/ Duties:
- Review daily cash report from Campus compared with School management
- Review daily expenses report from Payable accountant.
- Finalize daily cash flow report on accounting program(Bravo)
- Responsibility of non-cash transactions.
- Reconcile cash on hand and cash in bank versus cash count minute and bank statement at month end.
- Manage Fixed Asset and Tools& Supplies list included FA depreciation and allocation in monthly or disposal (if any).
- Physical count of FA and Tools& Supplies at year end
- Prepare PIT returns in monthly and do PIT finalization at year end
- Monitor VAT invoice using and Withholding tax certificate. Ensure that it is submitted in quarterly and year end on time.
- Allocate revenue in monthly.
- Check payroll in monthly.
- Statistic report in monthly and quarterly.
- Prepare Profit (loss) report in monthly
- Liaise with banks for opening bank account (if any)
- Prepare all audit requirements
- Other duties assigned by Chief Accountant
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
- At least 5 years at the same position.
- Experience for monthly and yearly accounting closing.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Communication skills
- Familiar with Vietnamese Law and Regulations
- Preference for English communication available fluently.
