The main task:
- Perform accounting tasks as well as periodically check the inventory of fixed assets, tools, equipment and consumables;
- Identify and recommend action plans for collection and/or provision of doubtful debts;
- Provide periodic reports, statistical analysis and any accounting data as required;
- Provide weekly management data and report to Chief Accountant and Board of Directors;
- Hardcopy document control and online data storage;
- Participate in the preparation of reports and explanations for the periodic audit of the company;
- Other tasks at the request of the Chief Accountant;
- Responsible for receipts and payments by issuing, controlling and collecting invoices according to prescribed policies and procedures;
- Responsible for banking transactions;
- Tracking on AR and AP;
- Record accounting transactions in accounting software (revenue, expense, capital expenditure, depreciation, amortization, debt and other activities);
Request:
- University or college degree in Finance or Accounting
- Good English communication skills;
- Proficient in excel, powerpoint, accounting software is an advantage;
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in using accounting software;
