MISSION:
- Planning to deploy, manage, optimize and defend the plan before the CEO
- Deploy the work to ensure the efficiency & have a specific implementation plan & back up the plan according to the plan.
- Deploying the management of Internal TBP positions and external partners related to business & marketing
- Making business & marketing plans: products & R&D Roadmap, business system, MKT channel system proposed according to market demand for effective MKT business in short and long term.
- Make Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report for CEO
- Monitor and handle arising business related issues (if any) with solutions to improve efficiency and improve over time.
- Controlling costs within assigned limits: - Proposing contract costs and arising costs, if any, for higher education - Approval of limits of authority - Clear assignment of tasks for subordinates; organize performance monitoring - Facilitate development of all employees in the department, including succession planning for key roles
- Recruit and train departmental personnel at least 4 hours/month - Evaluate personnel during the probationary period and officially work, proactively propose a plan to retain and attract talents.
- Proposing to fire or reward employees according to company regulations - Organize at least 2 hours of cultural activities in a month - Control service quality in the room and provide feedback on service quality of other departments compared to department heads and superiors of higher education/ business director or general director if necessary
REQUEST:
- University/Master's Degree in Business Administration/MKT/Economics/Advertising/Communication...
- Preference will be given to candidates with training degrees from abroad
- In-depth knowledge & experience: business, commerce, customer service experience, Brand, Marcom, Digital, Pr, Trade MKT.
- Experience in the field of high-end beauty services or related: Fitness, health care, cosmetology..
- Strong in sales
- Deep understanding of the market for developing on & offline business systems, commercial business (Showroom, hospital beauty salon is an advantage)
- Deep understanding of digital MKT tools.
- Understanding the market & business trends: cosmetic hospital, clinic...
- Over 8 years of experience in managing a position of sales/Marketing/Brand/Trade MKT in the field of beauty or related/or have worked in company size or more.
- Having a good relationship with the hospital beauty system, partners, showrooms in the provinces, doctors ... is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a marketing team in a similar position
- Customer service thinking, Strategic thinking.
- Business thinking, systems thinking.
