Job Details
- Come up with ideas and design game scripts.
- Level building, evaluation, analysis, game balance.
- Coordinate with Artist and Developer departments to develop and perfect game ideas.
- Update, research, analyze the market, provide prototypes to promote creative ideas.
Candidate requirements
- 2 years or more of experience, experience in designing games that have been successfully released on the market is an advantage.
- Experience in playing games, passion and determination to pursue a career as a Game Designer.
- Master game design skills: game elements, game mechanics, game balancing....
- Ability to evaluate and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of any game. Then propose solutions to overcome weaknesses and develop strengths of that game.
- Understand the game market, game trends, and player preferences.
- Ability to imagine, create and think logically about games and math well.
- Ability to express and present clearly, easily understood, good teamwork.
