Job Description

• Work closely with hosting team to support maintain the Vietnamese office infrastructure and services (domain, website, video conference services)
• Lead desktop and help-desk support efforts, making sure all laptops, workstations, network, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
• Work with hosting team to warranty the availability of internal and external services support for working and customer
• Be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
• Support to prepare system infrastructure for customer projects and co-working with DevOps team to deploy the success of POC, productions environment
• Build the security policy for the Vietnamese office following all security policies of the company.
• Report directly to Technical Manager
