Job Description

Fresher/Junior Quality Control
Who We Are
With the mission of transforming everyday businesses, Antsomi is a marketing technology company building the first artificial intelligence-enabled customer data platform, CDP 365, in Southeast Asia, empowering companies to unify and activate their customer data.
Your Role
Key Responsibilities

Execute all testing activities to product quality, and work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to deliver product success.
Work with closely BA/PO to understand the specifications, design tests, and test strategy/plan.
Work with closely DEV to instruct them to do the 1st round of testing before Production deployment and collaborate with Customer Support in the client team to analyze the production issues.
Have complete responsibility for enhancing end-to-end manual test coverage.
Troubleshoot and assess test issues to determine failure points.
Provide estimates for testing task times and meeting durations.
Report and document bugs/issues clearly, timely, and concisely.
Research requirements, information, databases, and systems.
Managing and reporting the testing result to QC Leader and PM
Other tasks assigned by QC Leader.

Who We Want

Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
<=1 year of experience in QC/QA
Be a logical and detailed-oriented person
Have a customer mindset & good communication skills to collect or clarify all project requirements.
Be eager to explore new things and prove yourself as a fast-learner
Able to work independently with minimal guidance
Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
Familiar with the Agile development methodologies
Proactive, creative, enthusiastic, responsible at work, have good logical thinking.
Able to bear good pressure if the project requirements are urgent.
Good English speaking and writing skills.
