Job Description

Role Summary:
As a Fresher/Intern Graphic Designer, you will assist Marketing Communications & HR teams to create compelling visuals that align with our brand identity. Your role will involve designing for both digital and print media, ensuring high-quality output that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, and presentations.
Edit and refine existing designs based on feedback.
Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
A strong portfolio showcases a range of design projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere).
Working knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma).
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
