Job Description

Lead the development of mobile applications
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Candidate requirements

3+ years of experience in Flutter and Dart development.
Strong understanding of state management (Provider, BLoC, GetX, etc.)
Experience with RESTful APIs integration.
Knowledge of Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications, etc.).
Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a plus.
Experience with third-party libraries and SDKs (Google Maps, Payment Gateways, etc.).
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Strong ability to review code and improve code quality.
Experience in performance optimization for Flutter applications.
Hands-on experience with unit testing and integration testing.

Salary range: Negotiable base on your experience Up to $1,500
