Job responsibilities:
1. Budget management: According to the company's business strategic planning and development goals, organize the preparation of the company's business medium and long-term budget, annual budget and rolling business forecast, continuously monitor the budget situation, control costs, and set up relevant analysis system to provide effective data analysis for business departments and help business decision-making.
2. Set up financial system, provide professional and feasible financial advice, financial advice and legal advice according to local policies; Build and improve the information system.
3. Coordinate the financial accounting work of local companies, review and report various financial statements and management statements; Continuous communication with COE department of headquarters, flexible establishment of accounting policies for business types, coordination of external auditors to complete audit work.

5. Organize the preparation of regular overseas business operation analysis reports, monitor the development of business activities, analysis and suggestions, and help achieve overseas strategic goals and annual business provide goals.
6. Establish and train the local financial team, manage the financial work of the headquarters.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, engaged in financial management experience (bathroom kitchen or home appliance industry) at least 5 years; Previous working experience in an internationally renowned accounting firm and foreign working experience.
2. Familiar with the operation of common office software EXCEL and PPT, with independent reporting ability.
3. Have strong financial management, tax compliance, accounting capabilities, proficient in international accounting standards. Proficiency in Chinese/English is required, in addition to local Vietnamese language.
