JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Autonomous planning and implementation of the entire recruitment process for IT positions as required, including JD customization, candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection.
- Build and expand potential candidate sources for current and future needs.
- Act as an advisor to the Recruitment Manager (Department Heads) on issues that may affect the recruitment process.
- Periodically evaluate recruitment performance to adjust, improve or come up with new ideas to optimize performance.
- Develop employer branding and build employee experience programs.
- Propose ideas for talent acquisition channels, both online and offline, targeting internal employees and external candidates.
- Build, maintain and develop relationships between the company and universities, organizations and recruitment partners.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, of which at least 2 years in IT recruitment.
- Ability to convert business needs into recruitment needs, job descriptions and appropriate recruitment criteria.
- Own a wide and effective network of candidates and recruitment partners.

WORKING TIME:
- Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00 (lunch break from 12:00 - 14:00).
