Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support managing TikTok & Shopee channels for healthy snacks brands and products
Support performance and key contribution to total EC business.
Acquires an understanding of the local market and uses this knowledge to accelerate the performance of Commercial Executions.
Execute the commercial plan to unleash growth in sales
Manage sales operations
Close monitor the inventory of warehouse and optimize the accuracy of forecast with the supply chain.
Manage digital marketing within platforms or cross-platforms to create 360-degree consumer engagement campaigns.
Support data mining with access to customer data to find business opportunities and adapt business plans accordingly.
Arrange and manage regular business reviews and manage relevant commercial relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid experience (2-5 years) in e-commerce, experience on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok shop is preferred
Self-motivated with drive, passion, and high integrity; unlimited ambition is welcome!
Outgoing and open-minded.
Be efficient and pleasant in working with others.
Results-oriented and desire for personal growth and achievement
Fast learner and committed to excellence
University / College degree highly preferred
Good understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Vietnam
Fluent in English is preferred
