- Responsible for fully implementing the principles of "Good medicine storage practices", ensuring warehouse safety.
- Correctly follow the issued Outpatient drug dispensing and consulting procedures.
- Guide and assign members working at the warehouse to properly implement the rules of the drug warehouse and Pharmacy Department.

In charge of operating and managing inpatient pharmaceutical warehouse activities. Supervise check-in activities, arrange storage, and dispense drugs, medical supplies, chemicals, and biological products (collectively referred to as drugs) at the pharmacy department.
Correctly follow the issued inpatient drug dispensing and consulting procedures.
Monitor the expiration date of drugs, report the list of rarely used and near-dated drugs monthly, and prepare a list to submit to the department head for solutions to avoid expired drugs causing waste.
Participate in consulting and analysis during the implementation of the inpatient drug dispensing and consulting process, ensuring the ratio of drugs that are at risk or discharged according to hospital regulations.
Implement the process of periodically inventorying and reconciling pharmaceutical warehouses. Responsible for even inventory.
Prepare periodic and unscheduled medication - medical equipment - medical budgets.
Participate in scientific research, guidance and professional training for faculty members as assigned.
Fully participate in training programs of the Hospital and the corporation.
Perform other job duties as requested by the Head of the Faculty of Pharmacy.
Priority: Graduated with a major in pharmacy, have a practicing certificate, have the ability to go on business trips outside the province according to the professional allocation schedule.
