    Job Description

    Job duties
    • Deploy the implementation of construction stages from construction, monitoring and monitoring the progress of works. Giving construction measures, predicting construction progress, making updated reports on actual construction volume at the construction site to the company's management.
    • Detect and promptly handle technical infrastructure problems during construction.
    • Monitor, supervise and manage construction contracts, regularly urge the progress of teams and subcontractors to ensure timely construction progress.
    • Proposing, monitoring and checking the quantity of materials and equipment provided to the construction site.
    • Monitor and check the acceptance volume of teams and subcontractors.
    • Carrying out acceptance test of project documents, completion documents, payment and settlement of works.
    • Proposing unreasonable issues during the construction process to the investor for timely correction.
    • Participating in the inspection / acceptance of construction works with related parties

    Request
    • Graduated from University, majoring in bridge and bridge, wharf over 3 years. Have certificates of commanders, supervisors and related diplomas
    • Ability to plan, organize, operate, manage construction work at the construction site, handle work related inside and outside the project;
    • Ability to mobilize workers according to the schedule
    • Know how to regulate work, distribute work to members
    • Understand the legal regulations on labor and construction
    • Accept work according to the direction of the Company
    • Priority to have household registration in Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Vung Tau, ...
    • Graduated from University, majoring in bridge and bridge over 5 years. Have certificates of commanders, supervisors and related diplomas

    Wage:
    • CB salary + other allowances (if any) from 13 million to 20,000,000 VND/month (depending on capacity)
