■Job description
・Managing and handling day-to-day accounts and related tasks across all outlets, including recording of receipts, cash flow discrepancies and item returns
・Ensuring payments to suppliers are made on time
・Monthly profit and loss report and analysis
・Quarterly account closing and submission to accounting firm
・Liaising with local and overseas vendors in arranging a smooth delivery process.
・Ordering of shop supplies and following up with suppliers regarding any quality issues.
・Coordinate vendors to ensure that shop repairs and maintenances are done on a timely basis.
・Coordination of new shop openings with various suppliers and departments.
■Requirements
Gender：Any
Age：25~ 40 years old
Education level：University
Language：Japanese N3~N2 (communication skill) or Good English
Must
・Can join overseas training in Singapore for 1 month or shorter.
・Chief accountant certification
・Degree in Accountancy/Business studies
・Proficient in Google Sheets
・Good interpersonal and communication skills.
・Independent and responsible in work.
・Able to handle full set accounts
■Working time: Mon-Sat：10:00 ~ 19:00
※Fixed off on Wednesdays & Sundays.

■Salary: $1000 ~$1500

1st：Japanese + Singaporean Manager (online)
2nd：Japanese + Singaporean Manager (offline)
