JOB DESCRIPTION

Based on the Company's Marketing strategy to plan, implement and continuously monitor the effectiveness of digital marketing on online platforms such as Facebook, Google, Website...
Responsible for managing and allocating Digital Marketing budget.
Searching for optimal solutions, proposing ideas & Digital tips for brands to save costs and optimize the effectiveness of marketing activities of brands.
Managing and operating the system and developing websites and fanpages; Research and propose plans to increase visits, increase conversion rates.
In charge of Email Marketing and SMS.
Research the market, competitors, target users in the online environment.
Responsible for the development of the company's digital communication channels.
Always looking for, updating knowledge and new trends in implementing Marketing in the digital environment.
Monitor, report and measure the effectiveness of Digital Marketing activities

Hard salary 12-15 million + 13th month salary + annual bonus
Working time 08h30 - 17h30 from Monday to Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Saturday

REQUEST

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics...
Have from 02-03 years of experience in advertising operation
Proficient use of Facebook, Google,...and measurement tools such as Google Analytics
Know how to use and basic design Landing Page
General knowledge of Digital and Marketing
Understanding how digital channels and platforms work
Proficient in using word, excel, power point…
Candidates with working experience in the field of consumer goods, retail, food and beverage is an advantage
Ability to work independently, in a team, under pressure
Ability to plan, organize and supervise work
Be proactive at work
Willingness to learn
High sense of responsibility and team spirit
Enthusiastic, honest, friendly, agile, progressive, know how to arrange work reasonably.
