    Job Description

    JOB DETAILS
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the company's real estate projects.
    • Research and analyze the market and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo...), Email Marketing.
    • Responsible for website administration, design and SEO
    • Create engaging and relevant content for each marketing channel, including text, images, and video.
    • Monitor, analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report results periodically.
    • Manage marketing budget and optimize costs.
    • Coordinate with other departments within the company to implement effective marketing campaigns.
    • Propose creative ideas and improve marketing strategies.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
    • Carry out other PR and communication activities to increase brand awareness.
