    Job Description

    Primary Objective : Manage the international procurement process to ensure continuous and cost-effective supply of industrial automation electronics.

    Mission:

    1. Search and Evaluate Suppliers:
      • Grasp market trends and search for potential international suppliers.
      • Evaluate and select suppliers based on product quality, price, and supply capacity.
    2. Contract Negotiation:
      • Negotiate prices and contract conditions with suppliers.
      • Ensure that contracts comply with company regulations and policies.
    3. Order Process Management:
      • Monitor production and shipping schedules to ensure on-time supply.
      • Resolve all issues related to delivery and product quality.
    4. Conduct Supplier Assessments:
      • Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements if necessary.
      • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure ongoing support.
    5. Compliance with Customs and Tax Regulations:
      • Understand customs and tax regulations related to imports and ensure compliance.
      • Optimize the import process to minimize costs and time.

    Request:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
    • Experience working in international procurement, especially with industrial automation electronics.
    • Strong understanding of customs, tax and international freight processes and regulations is an advantage
    • Strong communication skills and good teamwork ability (At least 1 foreign language)
    • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
    • Autonomy and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
