Job Description

In charge of operating the assigned tour
Update and manage data for operating work
Book services for groups of guests (hotels, cars, meals, sightseeing tickets,...), ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of services.
Monitoring and coordinating all services, troubleshooting during the tour.
Maintain partnership with service providers.
Regularly check and update services and service prices. Ensure the price is consistent with the quality of service and competition.
Synthesize documents related to the tour, Coordinate with the accountant to complete the contract, payment and contract settlement procedures
Prepare quarterly and annual service reports.
