Job Details
System operation and monitoring support:
- Operate, monitor and ensure stable operation of pharmacy chain management systems, DMS distribution channel management systems, and accounting systems .
- Operate and maintain the company's website system, ensure stable access and promptly handle any errors that arise.
- Support internal users with system and technology related issues.
- Be the focal point for communication and coordination within the Technology Department and development partners to troubleshoot and upgrade the system .
BA (Business Analyst) role:
- Collect and analyze requirements from departments and internal users.
- Build business requirements documents (BRD) to be transferred to partners for development of new features or self-developed in the Technology Department.
- Track implementation progress and assist in the development, testing and delivery of new features.
Participate in feature development:
- Use Python to collect and process data from systems through API .
- Use Javascript platforms (like React) to participate in building BI portal systems.
- Collaborate within the Technology Team to develop or enhance new features as required.
- System testing and quality assurance:
- Perform testing and validation of features, ensure quality and stability of the system before handing over to users in the company.
- Record, report errors and track the process of fixing and improving features from partners or the Technology Board .
Research and application of new technology:
- Regularly apply AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini to work to improve operational and analytical efficiency.
- Always ready to learn and update new technology to improve and optimize the system.
Job Requirements
Experience and skills:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Developer/BA role.
- Ability to program with Python to collect and process data.
- Ability to program in Javascript platforms (like React)
- Ability to test , verify and ensure system quality.
- Understanding of website system operations and internal user support platforms.
Professional knowledge:
- Experience or understanding of systems such as:
- Sales system
- DMS System (Distribution Management System)
- Accounting system
- Priority is given to candidates with experience operating or developing these systems.
Soft skills:
- Skills to collect and analyze requirements from users and departments.
- Careful, meticulous and logical in problem solving.
- Good communication skills, ability to effectively support and train internal users.
- Agile, flexible and willing to learn.
Prioritize:
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and dynamic working environment.
- Experience in ERP implementation is an advantage
