JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead and build demand planning from historical data and assessments for B2B and B2C channels (baseline forecast)
Coordinate with Supply planning Team to balance and optimize inventory while maintaining good service levels
Coordinate with Supply planning Team to balance and optimize inventory while maintaining good service levels
Coordinate with Sales/MKT/Finance/Production/R&D Team to connect information and include it in forecasting models
Prepare data for Weekly, Demand Review, Pre S&OP, S&OP meetings
Develop internal delivery plans and distribution plans for customers and DCs
Manage inventory, ensure inventory is always in good condition to sell products to avoid expired inventory
Build safety inventory levels for each SKU
Product catalog analysis and recommendations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
3 years experience in similar position
Understanding of production and business activities of the Sugar Company, understanding of the Vietnamese and World sugar industry.
