- Proactively research and identify sources and types of data necessary for data analysis activities according to assigned requirements.
- Perform multidimensional data analysis, build and update analytical and machine learning models according to each specific requirement to detect trends, opportunities and business risks.
- Design, build, and manage intelligent management reporting systems (BI) such as PowerBI, Tableau,... serving data analysis and business activities.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate data flows to optimize data analytics and business operations.
- Coordinate and consult with relevant departments to clearly understand business and management needs in each stage.
- Propose solutions and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Lead and manage data analysis team to achieve set goals.
- Training and developing skills for team members.
- Perform tasks as assigned by Management.
- University degree majoring in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Mathematical Economics/ Banking/ Finance/ Business Administration.
- 5 years or more of experience in big data analysis.
- Experience in performing business analyzes and making strategic/business/operational recommendations; Understanding of business operations and ability to connect data analysis results to business/operations strategies.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience implementing internal/outsourced projects related to data analysis/business analysis; Priority is given to candidates with knowledge/experience in management accounting/auditing/management consulting/...
- Priority is given to candidates with certificates related to data analysis; Extensive understanding in the fields of big data analysis, data modeling, machine learning, statistics; Skilled in big data analysis and data modeling.
- Proficient in office computers (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, Power BI); Proficient in data analysis with Python/R/…
- Ability to read and research specialized documents in English.
- Effective leadership and team management skills; Team management experience is an advantage.
