*JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive information about orders from customers in Japanese (including customers, pictures, parameters, raw material norms)
- Translating into Vietnamese and sending it down to the production engineering department.
- Follow up with production from the beginning to the end of shipment and handle problems arising during the working process.
- Solve problems that arise during order fulfillment.
- Check the shipment, complete the procedures after shipment.
- Handling post-sale issues with customers (if any).

* EXPERIENCE/Skills REQUIRED:
- Japanese level N3 or higher - Japanese communication is good.
- Clever, enthusiastic, responsible and hard-working, especially meticulous and careful.
- Good use of office computer, email.
- No experience is required, but preference will be given to those who have worked in a production environment, a Japanese company or have studied abroad in Japan.
