* JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Procedures for importing and exporting goods: Set of customs declaration documents, C/O documents, application for permits,...
- Responsible for making customs declarations, composing and checking customs clearance documents. Discuss and answer post-clearance issues with Customs (if any)
- Manage import documents in the right place
- Perform other duties according to the functions and requirements of the direct manager.

* DETAILED EXPERIENCE/Skills:
- Diligent, agile, careful, responsible.
- Foreign languages: Able to read/understand English.
- Proficient in computer science.
- Worked in import and export at a factory, or experienced in a customs declaration service company, specializing in handling goods for a manufacturing plant.
- Experience in processing export documents is preferred, the company specializes in Garment of workwear and medical masks.
