Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF (Music App)
1/ Objectives:
Answering product and service-related questions, suggestive information about other products, helping customers, proactively managing problems, preparing correspondences, and fulfilling customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction.
2/ Requirements:
- Graduated from High school or equivalent Majors is an advantage.
- At least 6 months experience in Customer service roles or any relevant roles
- Fluency and exceptional skills in English (Speaking, listening, writing, and reading) - working 100% English.
3/ Working Time: 7AM - 4PM (Monday to Friday).
4/ Salary: Base salary + Meal Allowance: 50000VND + Monthly KPI incentive
5/ Office: Concentrix Vietnam: 4th Floor – QTSC1 Building – QTSC – District 12 – HCMC
