Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Respond to messages and comments promptly, accurately, and thoroughly.
Communicate with the Singapore team to update order information or handle arising issues.
Arrange delivery/shipping services according to customer requests.
Check and follow up on alteration/repair schedules with internal departments.
Support data entry and reporting on the KiotViet system.
Assist in checking shift handover within the team.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

Students aged 18 to 21.
Able to communicate in English.
Own a personal laptop.
Rotating 3 shifts per day, Monday to Sunday: 9 AM 1 PM; 1 PM 5 PM; 5 PM 9 PM (Online and Offline).
Mandatory in-office presence 12 days per week. Shift duty applies to weekends and public holidays.
Knowledge of fashion is an advantage.
Careful, detail-oriented, quick, dynamic, and positive.
