Work responsibility
- Act as the point of contact in all matters related to signed customers including maintaining or expanding services. Establish and maintain strong and long-term relationships with old customers.
- Track and analyze the problems customers encounter during the implementation of the signed solution, thereby drawing up strategies to help customers use products or services better.
- Validate hidden or arising needs of customers after the implementation process to propose more appropriate technology solutions through presentations and Demos.
- Negotiate plans for cooperation to expand or maintain, leading to close agreements in order to maximize the profits of both parties (company and customer).
- Set progress and goals for each customer, helping customers convert from new users to loyal users.
- Provide resources and help customers.
Build trust between brand and customers.
- Assist in dealing with difficult customer requests or serious situations if necessary.
