I. WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Responsible for the operation of the store.
- Manage staff to work effectively, including training, recruiting, and assigning work.
- Ensure customer service activities are in accordance with company standards.
- Responsible for store sales.
- Report on store operations and propose appropriate solutions.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED
- At least 1 year of experience in the position of Manager, Assistant, Shift Leader at convenience stores, Coffee, restaurants, multi-product stores, etc.
- Agile, flexible, proactive in work.
- Have a sense of responsibility and progress.
III. YOUR WORKING TIME
- During the probationary period: Rotating 8 hours, 6 shifts/week.
- After the probationary period: Working hours.
