JOB DETAILS:
Mycelium is a combined space model of a [ThriftLifestyle fashion shop] and a [cafe], located in Tan Dinh area, District 1. We aim for an open, creative, and individualistic work environment. To prepare for future growth, Mycelium is looking for a partner to take on the role of Store Manager – someone who will keep the shop running smoothly and efficiently.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Store Operations: Responsible for all daily operations of the shop; ensuring the space is always tidy, and merchandise is arranged aesthetically and accurately.
- Human Resources Management: Arranging work shifts, training, guiding, and motivating the sales team (Baristas) to maintain a professional work attitude and follow procedures.
- Inventory & Revenue Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct periodic inventory checks, control store revenue and expenses, and provide regular reports to Senior Management/Store Owner.
- Customer experience: Ensuring the best quality service and skillfully resolving complaints or issues that arise in the store.
- Contribute ideas: Collaborate with the MarketingHiring team to implement sales promotion programs or in-store events.
REQUEST:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager, Supervisor, or Shift Leader in the Retail, Fashion, or Lifestyle industry (experience in the F&B sector is an advantage).
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, organizational thinking, personnel management, and sharp problem-solving abilities.
- Personality traits: Responsible, proactive, honest, with good taste and able to handle work pressure.
- Working hours: Full-time (Rotating shifts according to the store's operational schedule).
