HRM:
- Receive, guide and train store personnel
- Building a united & enthusiastic working team
- Organize and assign work schedules to employees
- Coordinate with departments to implement rules, procedures, programs at the store
Merchandise & supplier management
- Monitor & control the quality of incoming products
- Work with suppliers to grasp the situation of goods
Customer care
- Build a strong personal relationship with each customer
- Handling cases where customers are not satisfied with products and services

REQUEST:
- Male/Female from 22-38 years old, graduated from Intermediate or higher
- At least 1 year of experience as a Shift Manager/ QLCH/ CHT in retail, service, food, agricultural businesses.
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in small and medium supermarket chains.
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Good communication skills, agile
- Ability to use MS Office, Excel
RIGHT:
Income FROM 8-10 million/month, 2 months probation, 4 days off/month;
- Working time: Rotating shift: Shift A: 6:00-14:30, Shift B: 13:00-21:30.
