Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Approach stores or customers in designated areas, convince store owners or customers to conduct interviews based on available questionnaires.
Total time to approach and complete the interview: 20-40 minutes/store, customer.
No sales, no sales.
Give gifts to interview participants in the form of phone cards or.
Report work to Specialist from VINAMR
Working hours are flexible, not restrictive, work whenever you have free time.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Honest, agile, good communication skills, confident when interacting with strangers
No prior training or experience required for work.
Male/Female between the ages of 19 - 40
Have a smartphone or tablet [5.5 inches screen or larger, Android operating system] to use to enter data into the system.
Have personal transportation and be familiar with local roads

REMUNERATION POLICY

Trained if no experience.
Flexible working hours and forms
Dynamic, friendly, professional environment.
Each store successfully interviewed: 150,000 VND - 300,000 VND [depending on the type of store] Unlimited number of successful interviews - Unlimited income.
Support for long distance travel as directed by the company: 25,000 VND/trip (Negotiable)
