Job description:
- Welcoming customers, guiding customers to fill in information
- Store and update complete data about customers according to the common form of PK
- Get an appointment to use the examination service and contact the relevant departments
- Advise and explain to customers about the process and health check services at PK
- Receive and enter the software system to schedule a follow-up appointment for a customer, remind a customer to return for a follow-up appointment when they need a follow-up examination according to the doctor's order, schedule a doctor's appointment, prepare full records.
- Receive customers' inquiries after treatment and support doctors to communicate with KH
