    Job Description


    On the daily, the Marketing Team is responsible for:

    1. Defining and managing the ProBit Global brand.
    2. Managing constant user acquisition and retention.
    3. Leading campaigns in support of marketing initiatives.
    4. Creating marketing and promotional collaterals in different formats (text, image and video) for all products and services.
    5. Pushing out collaterals through channel marketing and vendor selection to complement marketing campaigns.
    6. Generating content for search engine optimization, and keeping website contents up-to-date.
    7. Monitoring and managing social media channels.
    8. Conducting customer and market research to identify market opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Write captivating press releases, newsletters, announcements and website content based on research about the industry and consumer trends
    2. Develop content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals through a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media
    3. Lead and manage the content production team and monitor their activities' effectiveness over time
    4. Ensure that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented
    5. Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative
    6. Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content across platforms
    7. Manage content calendars and ensure that the content remains consistent across all platforms
    8. Track content analytics and generating actionable reports
    9. Familiarize yourself with ProBit Global brand ideals and website to create content that supports the objectives and desired identity

    Qualifications:

    1. Native English writer, with excellent speaking and reading skills
    2. Experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
    3. 3 to 5 years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications and similar roles
    4. Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
    5. Familiar in online marketing avenues such as social media, email marketing, paid advertisement
    6. Organized, detail-oriented and self-starting
