JOB DETAILS: The position of General Accountant requires meticulousness and a high level of responsibility, with main tasks including tracking inventory, managing revenue and expenses and accounts receivable, as well as performing HR tasks such as timekeeping, payroll calculation, and social insurance declaration.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Monitor detailed inventory levels (inflow, outflow, and stock) of CNC mechanical tools; periodically reconcile with the actual inventory.
- Prepare receipts and payment vouchers, and issue financial invoices to customers.
- Monitor and follow up on the collection of accounts receivable; manage accounts payable to suppliers on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Perform timekeeping, payroll calculation, and directly prepare and file social insurance (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN) documents for employees.
- Prepare quotation and contract files for newly arising clients.
- Prepare other internal reports as requested by the Board of Directors.
REQUEST:- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Graduated from a vocational college or higher with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficient in using Excel.
- Master warehouse operations procedures and current insurance regulations.
- Be careful and honest.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Binh Tan district.
