Job Description

1. Job description:

Consulting FPT Telecom customers Upgrade equipment/service packages or use other products and services.
Advise customers on using products and services provided by FPT Telecom such as: Internet, FPTPlay Television, FPT Camera, other services...
Interact and respond quickly and promptly, ensuring effective coordination with relevant units to serve customer requests.

2. Requirements:

Currently a student or have graduated from high school.
Love business, high ability to work independently.
Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Have basic knowledge of sales channels and social networks.
Have a customer-centric mindset.
