4. Electromechanical: 01 worker (Preferred experience in repairing industrial sewing machines).
a. For skilled workers:
- Maximum probationary period of 6 days. Try to sign a contract immediately. During the probationary period, the salary is guaranteed to be no lower than the minimum wage.
* Salary support and other supports for newly recruited workers:
- During the first 3 months, in addition to the salary unit price of the individual's work done during the month, the Company provides additional specific support:
First month: VND/month
Second month: VND/month
Third month: VND/month
b. For apprentices/vocational trainees:
- Individual employees who wish to learn an apprenticeship and work long-term at the company will be trained without having to pay tuition.
- Salary support during the apprenticeship period: VND/day (maximum supported time is 26 working days).
- After the apprenticeship period, the Company will sign a labor contract and enjoy full benefits and policies according to the law.
In addition, employees will enjoy support for newly skilled workers as described in section a above.
