. Design and Research and Development (R&D)

Job Description : Create designs for phone components such as displays, batteries, processors, cameras, sensors, and printed circuit boards (PCBs). The R&D department will research to improve performance, optimize size, and reduce power consumption of components.
Skills Required : R&D engineers need knowledge of microchips, semiconductor technology, and the ability to analyze electronic designs. They also often use circuit design software such as CAD and Altium.

Job Description : Includes creating phone components such as screens, batteries, sensors, printed circuit boards, etc. This job includes:
- Component Manufacturing : Molding, cutting, and bonding component parts, such as assembling the layers of an OLED display.
- Check : Make sure components such as the screen have no dead pixels and the battery has the correct capacity.
- Assembly : Small components are integrated into larger parts or assemblies in preparation for final assembly.
Skill Requirements : Workers and technicians need skills in welding, assembly, operating automatic machinery and understanding of manufacturing processes.
