JOB DESCRIPTION
- Stand assembling car wiring harness components, take a 10-minute break every 2 hours.
- Working in shifts, rotating shifts, with night shifts.
- Accept overtime, regular overtime work.
WELFARE
Income: from 8,50000 - 13,000,000/month (Including: Basic salary + Allowance + Overtime)
- 40% night shift allowance: VND/night
- Overtime on weekdays 150%: VND/1h
- Overtime Sunday 200%: VND/1h
- Participating fully in social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance regimes according to state regulations.
- There is a cafeteria to serve workers free of charge, support accommodation and shuttle bus.
- 13th month bonus (1 or 1.5 months salary), travel, Tet gifts, birthdays, weddings..
- The company gives free uniforms and working tools.
- English and Japanese allowance: 400,000-2,000,000/month (depending on degree)
- 1 year leave 12 days leave and 12 Saturdays with pay
