JOB DETAILS
- Team of 10 staff (QA and Trainer)
- Responsible for managing QA & Trainer team
- Analyze data and prepare reports / assigned floors
- Customer and stakeholder management
- Communicate to raise awareness and focus on the importance of positive customer experiences
- Make recommendations and promote improvements in work results
- Ensure that internal compliance policies, procedures and regulations are being followed
- Enhance product/process knowledge of new joiners.
WORKING TIME
+ Day shift:
07:00 – 16:00 and 09:00 – 18:00
12:00 – 21:00 and 13:00 – 22:00
+ Night shift:
19:00 – 04:00 and 20:00 – 05:00
21:00 – 06:00 and 22:00 – 07:00
REQUEST
- At least 1 year experience in QA and Trainer
- Teamlead in the call center segment
- Good English
- Assess process quality and implement tangible corrective actions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of T&D interventions
- Improved QIC, SME and CSM calibration in the group
- Provide feedback to the Frontline Recruiting Team on the quality of new hires
