    Job Description

    Function:
    • Build business strategy.
    • Develop operational strategy.
    • Consulting on system setup and business restructuring.
    • Comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the market and competitors.
    • Comprehensively analyze and evaluate the management capacity and operating mechanism of the company's departments.
    • Proposing and consulting on solutions to overcome existing problems and develop businesses.
    • Support the Board of Directors in implementing strategy.

    The main task:
    1. Research/Analysis:
    • Comprehensive research and analysis of the market and operations of business competitors. Report to the Board of Directors detailing analysis results and business strategy proposals for the company, promoting strategic decision making.
    • Research and analysis for the Company's strategic goals. Based on that analysis, make recommendations to the Board of Directors on developing and implementing specific tactics to achieve goals.
    • Analyze, evaluate and provide solutions to the Board of Directors to improve the operating mechanism of the Company's executive apparatus and products and services.
    2. Consulting/Consulting:
    On behalf of the Board of Directors, work with departments to promptly advise including but not limited to the following issues:
    • Work with the Restructuring Committee to reevaluate the current structure. Advise the Board of Directors on solutions for new structural models from changing business strategies, reorganizing the apparatus to corporate culture to create a better state for the Company to achieve its goals in the following terms: Events and circumstances are always changing.
    • Work with the Finance and Accounting Departments to understand the Company's cash flow situation. Advise the Board of Directors on capital use efficiency. Propose solutions to increase capital use efficiency.
    • Work with the Legal Department and Project Department to understand the implementation status of real estate projects, construction, mining and business activities. Advise the Board of Directors on the legality of the company's business activities and products and services before putting them into official business.
    • Work with the Project Department and Marketing Department to understand the business situation/promotion of products and services. Advise the Board of Directors on direction plans for the above departments to ensure effective implementation.
    • Work with other Departments, evaluate the performance of each department. Advise the Board of Directors on developing and applying KPIs specific to departments.
    3. Information/Forecast:
    • Forecast and/or announce favorable/negative market developments for the company's business activities and propose appropriate and effective solutions to the Board of Directors.
    • Research the content of income and expenditure reports/financial reports and monthly, quarterly and annual budget forecasts. Monitor actual developments and report detailed information to the Board of Directors.
    4. Regular tasks:
    • Advise the Board of Directors on solutions to problems arising in operating/business activities for the Company.
    • Make regular reports to the Board of Directors to update the business's performance and come up with strategies that you believe will make the company stronger.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors from time to time.
