JOB DETAILS
Electromechanical:
- Deploy, inspect, maintain, repair and renovate mechanical parts of production machinery and equipment
- Implement maintenance plans for machinery and equipment in the electromechanical department as required by management.
- Propose materials for manufacturing machinery and repairing equipment. Control the implementation process.
- Ensure occupational safety and industrial hygiene measures at the electromechanical team.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
CNC Mechanical
- Receive requests for machine and equipment repair and mold maintenance from the entire company.
- Deploy, check and monitor the repair request process.
- Implement periodic maintenance and repair plans for machinery and equipment at the mechanical team.
- Implement according to technical drawing requirements.
- Make simple designs, propose materials for manufacturing machinery and equipment. Control the implementation process.
- Programming, operating CNC lathes and other machinery serving the work in the department.
- Ensure occupational safety and industrial hygiene measures at the Mechanical Department.
