Job Description

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Title: Class Management Specialist
Working hours: fixed shifts (morning-afternoon and afternoon-evening) from Monday to Sunday (1 day off a week)
Work location: Optimus English Village, Vinhomes Grand Park, City. Thu Duc
Work content:
Operate and manage the course according to available procedures
Organize orientation sessions to provide course information to teachers and teaching assistants before the course begins
Communicate with teachers and students to resolve issues directly related to the course
Coordinate entrance, mid-course, and final exams
Mark exams and complete course reports
Carry out timekeeping for teachers monthly
Complete internal reports based on procedures and requests from Management
