I. Recruitment:
- Directly recruit positions according to the recruitment plan including production workers (Candidates have experience recruiting production workers at manufacturing companies with 500 or more employees)
- Responsible for recruitment results to the Board of Directors.
- Make weekly/monthly recruitment plan (report to Board of Directors on results and weekly/monthly recruitment plan or when requested)
II. Training work:
- Conduct integration training for new employees joining the Company
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
