• Perform information collection, data analysis for HR programs.
• Make recruitment plan and budget for recruitment activities on a regular basis, ad hoc in line with short-term and long-term goals of the Company.
• Update recruitment market information, search for effective recruitment channels, propose programs, recruit to improve the efficiency of recruitment activities.
• Prepare content, conduct recruitment communication through channels and ensure job postings are displayed in appropriate channels.
• Develop a network of relationships with potential candidates and talents in the market to create a candidate database, create a source of recruitment for the future.
• Carrying out recruitment according to the plan, arising, ensuring the recruitment process complies with the Company's regulations and procedures.
• Participate in the development of recruitment questionnaires for each position.
• Analyze recruitment situation and evaluate recruitment cost effectiveness.
• Manage, monitor, update and store data and records related to recruitment activities according to regulations.
• Develop and implement improvements to recruitment processes to ensure effective recruitment activities.
