+ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment plans.
+ Control the human resources situation, forecast and review the recruitment needs of each department, each position.
+ Controlling the entire recruitment process: receiving recruitment requests from departments, browsing recruitment requests, recruiting announcements, searching for candidate profiles, screening resumes, contacting candidates , arrange interviews, contact candidates' references, and work related to the process.
+ Understanding the market, sources, recruitment channels.
+ Know how to analyze and report recruitment status, recruitment quality.
+ Support administrative and legal tasks at the request of leaders.
+ Experience in recruitment, preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the real estate industry.
