    Job Description


    Create candidate sources : Search and build potential candidate sources through online channels (Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn, recruitment websites...) and offline.

    • Post recruitment ads : Compose and post attractive recruitment ads for each position and industry on appropriate platforms.
    • Connect & expand human resource network : Maintain and develop relationships with candidates, recruitment collaborators, universities/colleges...
    • Candidate Hunt : Actively search and approach quality candidates, especially for key positions (leader, specialist, team leader...).
    • Contact candidates based on available data : Call or text candidates to invite them to interview based on provided or self-built data.
    • Recruitment communication : Coordinate the implementation of recruitment communication campaigns (write articles, post images/PR articles on Facebook, Zalo, fanpage...).
    • Recruitment process management : Screening applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews, monitoring recruitment progress.
    • Make recruitment reports : Synthesize and update periodic reports on the effectiveness of each channel, conversion rate...
